Tea ingredients

There are three herbal teas that are required as well in this therapy.

** Drink as much spring water in between the teas as you want.

*** On each of these teas, take a small amount, hold it a moment in your mouth while it mixes with the saliva, then swallow.

Tea 1 - Kidney Tea ** (take only for 21 days NOT 42)

1 tsp - Horsetail (Equisetum arvense)
1/2 tsp - Nettle (Urica dioica)
1/4 tsp - Knot Grass (Polygonum aviculare) packed down
1/8 tsp - St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum)
(No sugar or sweeteners of any kind allowed)

Tea 2 - Sage Tea (Salvia officinalis)
*** Drink as much as you want of this tea
Place one, at the most two, teaspoons of sage in one half liter (2 coups/500 ml) of boiling water.
Boil for 3 minutes.
Add 1 teaspoon each of:
St. John’s wort (Hypericum perforatum)
Perppermint and Balm (Melissa officinalis)
Tea 3 - Cranesbill Tea Leaves

Robert leaves (Geranium robertianum, also known as red cranesbill)
Steep a pinch of the herb Robert in 1/2 of hot boiling water for 10 minutes.
